During the Indonesian financial crisis in 1998, he served as Director of Credit Asset Management at IBRA, overseeing complex PMO operations and restructuring non-performing loans from major banks. His leadership was crucial in guiding financial rehabilitation amid uncertain economic conditions.
Hendro has also held senior positions at Bank Internasional Indonesia, ING Bank, and Bankers Trust, leading fundraising efforts through syndications, project financing, and debt issuance. His experience extends to PwC Financial Advisory Services, where he was involved in M&A deals and structured financing. Additionally, he founded Trust Capital and Nusantara Artha Capital, focusing on strategic consulting, debt restructuring, and fundraising. With his extensive expertise, Hendro is a key figure in navigating complex financial landscapes and driving transformational initiatives.
Aurina Setyawitta is a Partner at NAC with over 30 years of experience in management consulting, project management, and strategic advisory. She has worked on major projects involving financial restructuring, business recovery, and change management. From 1997 to 2000, Witta was a Manager for the Arthur Andersen team in Indonesia and the UK, leading key aspects of the IMF-supported IBRA project and focusing on asset management and credit resolution.
Her early career included roles at Price Waterhouse Indonesia and the PW Office of Government Service in Washington, DC, where she specialized in business strategy, privatization of state-owned enterprises, and financial reforms. Additionally, Witta has held leadership positions in World Bank and IFAD projects and has been actively involved in social enterprise development as the National Director for DOE Intaward Indonesia. Her extensive expertise in managing complex PMO projects and leading restructuring initiatives makes her a valuable asset in guiding organizations through strategic transformation and operational excellence.
Deswandhy Agusman is a Senior Advisor at NAC with 30 years of experience. He currently serves as a Commissioner at PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia. Previously, he held several notable positions, including Commissioner of the Company, Director General of Financing and Loan Facilities at the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs (1998–1999), Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs (1999–2001), Senior Advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs (2001–2003), Chairman of the Microfinance Institution Law Drafting Team (RUULKM) (2001), member of the National Committee for Good Corporate Governance (2000–2004), and Commissioner of PT Berau Coal Energy, Tbk (2014–present). His expertise in the Capital Market and/or Finance is evident from his extensive experience in financial institutions and banking. He has also held licenses as a Representative for Securities Companies and Investment Advisors since 1991 and as an Underwriter Representative since 1992. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology in 1985 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Denver, Colorado, USA, in 1988.
Chandra is a Senior Technical Advisor at NAC with over 25 years of experience in financial advisory and valuation services. He holds a Doctorate in Finance from the University of Indonesia and has extensive expertise in corporate finance. His academic achievements, including three advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, provide a strong foundation in financial strategy and asset management. Chandra began his career as an Assistant Vice President at PwC Financial Advisory from 2001 to 2003, where he worked on various financial consulting and valuation projects for major corporate clients. He later became a Partner at PT Trust Capital, overseeing financial advisory and valuation services for clients. His deep expertise in asset valuation and strategic finance led him to other senior roles, including Director at PT AB Capital Asset Management and Commissioner at PT Tara Energy Resources. Chandra’s extensive experience in managing complex financial operations makes him a valuable asset to NAC, where he provides technical advisory and strategic insights for various PMO projects and large-scale corporate restructuring efforts.
Akhmad is a specialist with over 12 years of experience in Corporate Strategy and Finance, with a strong track record in executing high-impact projects, including feasibility studies, transactions, and post-transaction management. As a strategy professional, Akhmad is involved in developing strategic roadmaps, conducting feasibility studies, and implementing strategies across various sectors, including the energy and pulp & paper industries.
